MUSICIANS: in order of appearance
Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser - Fredrik Winberg 5c & 5d från Adolf Fredriks musikklasser are 60 children from Sweden’s largest school for musically gifted children, where the children are involved in a choir education with the aim of giving everyone the possibility to expand their voice and musicality. Fredrik Winberg is a conductor and teacher at the school since 2002.
Malin Foxdal's powerful stage presence and expressive singing together with her innovative interpretations of traditional material have attracted critical acclaim along with an audience that stretches far beyond the folk music scene.
Anders Paulsson Classically trained soprano saxophone soloist with many original compositions dedicated to him, educated in France and Manhattan School of Music. Since his Carnegie Hall début in 1992, Anders has performed hundreds of concerts worldwide.
Power Strings Victoria Power and her newly established orchestra Power Strings have performed at The Royal Palace and for Mr Bill Gates. Her father Marc Power is concertmaster of the Stockholm Royal Opera orchestra.
Mimmi Sandén born 25 December 1995 is a Swedish singer and actress who came to fame by becoming 1st runner up in the television show Sweden’s Got Talent 2007. Mimmi and her Philippina class-mate Joanna Pastor Nugas are students at Rytmus Musical College in Stockholm.
Coste Apetrea is regarded as one of Swedens most influential fusion and hard rock guitarists. He co-produced the Danjugan Sanctuary CD in 1998 with Anders Paulsson. His band members are: Håkan Granat guitar Pierre Lindsjöö electric bass, Wilgot Hansson drums
S:t Johannes Kammarkör founded 2002 by its conductor and artistic director - Karin Oldgren, has established itself as one of Stockholm’s foremost ensembles. The choir comprises 35 singers with a common passion for music and an ambition to explore different genres and musical expressions.
The University of Santo Tomas Singers (UST Singers) Fidel Gener Calalang JR The Philippines’ University of Santo Tomas Singers (UST Singers) was founded in 1992 and is the premiere mixed choral ensemble of the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas, the oldest university in Asia. Since 1993, the UST Singers have won 45 top prizes including the coveted Choir of the World Grand Prize twice in 1995 and 2010.
Daniel Elander After studying saxophone with Anders Paulsson and professor Jean-Marie Londeix at Conservatoire de Musique in Bordeaux France, he has introduced contemporary French saxophone music to Swedish audiences.
Svante HenrysonA virtuoso, composer and improviser fluent in all musical languages, he moves boundlessly across the entire musical spectrum As a cellist, performing jazz, Indian music or rock music, he makes the cello sound as if it always belonged there.
Morgan ÅgrenMorgan Ågren has been a drummer since age four and a Grammy winning musician on both sides of the Atlantic. He was the winner of Modern Drummer Readers Poll in 2010. As teenager Morgan got invited to play with Frank Zappa.

Olle SteinholtzA self taught musician, innovator and engineer of the SteinBass TM, an electric upright bass. His phenomenal technique, gorgeous tone and musical imagination has made Olle a coveted bassist on the Scandinavian jazz scene.
Anna ChristofferssonHer soulful voice and breakthrough recording "It's always you” elected Anna as a great new hope for Swedish Jazz. The freedom and communication of jazz improvisation are valuable expressions for personal growth.
Maud KarlssonMaud Karlsson is trained at the Ballet Academy in Stockholm and has worked as a dancer, teacher and choreographer in USA for 11 years. In 2000 she began to orchestrate some poetry she had written and started her own company.
SPEAKERS: in order of appearance
Per Olsson is team leader and researcher at Stockholm Resilience Centre. He holds a PhD in natural resource management and has worked extensively in the field of ecosystem management with over ten years of fieldwork, e.g. on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
Fredrik Moberg is the Director of Albaeco – an independent organisation communicating the latest in sustainability science. He holds a PhD in coral reef ecology from Department of Systems Ecology, Stockholm University.
Mattias Klum is one of the world’s leading photographers and a frequent contributor to National Geographic Magazine. He has published nine books, a number of documentary films and is a coveted lecturer world wide.
Johan Rockström is an internationally recognized scientist on global sustainability issues. He is Professor in natural resource management at Stockholm University, and the Executive Director of the Stockholm Environment Institute and the Stockholm Resilience Centre.
Peter Raines is the founder and CEO of Coral Cay Conservation (CCC). He has authored and co-authored over 300 scientific reports and publications, and has won numerous international awards and citations for his work in conservation.
Kajsa Garpe is the Program Officer for fisheries at the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation’s (SSNC) International department. She holds a PhD in coral reef ecology from the department of Zoology, Stockholm University.
Gerry Ledesma is the founder of the Philippine Reef and Rainforest Conservation Foundation, Inc. He is presently a trustee for the Foundation for the Philippine Environment, a grant giving organisation with an endowment fund from a debt for nature swap.
Magnus Nyström is a leading coral reef ecologist and Associate Professor at Stockholm Resilience Centre. He holds a PhD in systems ecology and has extensive field experience from coral reef expeditions to Thailand, Belize, the Philippines and Australia.
Carl Folke is Professor, member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, Director of Beijer Institute for Ecological Economics and Science Director at Stockholm Resilience Centre. He has co-authored and edited 10 books and written over 200 scientific papers.
Globala Gymnasiet (Global College) is an upper secondary school focusing on global issues and sustainable development. It is a public school located in the centre of Stockholm, with approximately 400 students between the ages of 16-19, and 25 teachers.
